Laughing Skull Bakasura was released for patch 3.24. Had the honor of working on this super rad skin. Fun fact-- David Wills, well known as the voice of Buggy the Clown in the anime One Piece and other shows, did the voice of this particular skin of Baka-- makes me happy ^_^.
